4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Length

Subscriptions are sold for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

4.2 Payment

• Payment is required in advance for the full subscription term
• Prices are displayed on the website and may change for future subscriptions
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers through (Kajabi) site provider Stripe
• We do not store or process your card or payment details directly

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for a further 12-month term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will be notified in advance of renewal in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Access & Account Use

• Access is granted to one individual only
• Accounts must not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or used by multiple people
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account

We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent misuse or abuse of the platform.

If account sharing or misuse is detected, we may suspend or terminate access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BOLT Growth Academy, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Text and written materials
• Templates and frameworks
• Graphics and design
• Logos and branding

is the intellectual property of BOLT Growth Academy Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

Permitted Use

You may:

You may not:

  • Selecting “Billing” or “Subscriptions”
  • Choosing “Cancel Subscription”

If you experience any technical difficulty cancelling via your account, you may alternatively contact:
